  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available

  • If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

  • COD orders require confirmation before dispatch
  • Non-acceptance of COD deliveries repeatedly may result in restricted future COD access for your account
  • AURAE reserves the right to disable COD for specific accounts or pin codes at its discretion
