Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Item must not be from our "Final Sale" or personalized/custom category
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at support@auraelife.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review and confirm pickup/return instructions within 24-48 hours
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit
Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care and wellness items (for hygiene reasons), once opened
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos - we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
